
Ken Carraher- President, iGrafx
Ken Carraher is President of the iGrafx division of Corel Inc. Previously, Mr. Carraher was President of the Enterprise Process Management Solutions at Micrografx prior to their acquisition by Corel. Formerly the President and co-founder of AdvanEdge Technologies, acquired by Micrografx in 1997, Mr. Carraher pioneered advanced process management solutions.
Mr. Carraher's career has focused on developing and delivering business productivity solutions. He offers great insight into the emerging importance of business process analysis and modeling in an environment of global competition.
Ed Maddock - Vice President of Engineering
Edward Maddock is Vice President of Engineering of the iGrafx division of Corel Inc. With more than 15 years experience in developing, deploying and supporting process management solutions as well as delivering process services to help companies optimize their business, Mr. Maddock leads iGrafx's efforts to solidify its position as a recognized leader in providing process management solutions to enterprise customers.
Mr. Maddock joined Corel in November 2001 following the company's acquisition of Micrografx, where he was in charge of development for the enterprise process management division. Having co-founded the company that brought process modeling and simulation technology to Micrografx, he is ideally qualified to provide direction and support for all aspects of the process solutions business.
Mr. Maddock has 25 years of experience working in the technology sector. He has worked for process-focused companies such as Motorola and Mentor Graphics Corporation, which delivers process improvement technologies to the electronic design automation marketplace. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Bill Keenan - Vice President of Operations
Bill Keenan is Vice President of Operations of the iGrafx Division of Corel, Inc. He has over 26 years of finance and operations experience in high technology companies including Intel and Mentor Graphics. He previously served as the CFO of venture funded companies iMove, Truedisk, PassEdge, and Interconectix.
Armin Trautner - General Manager, Europe, Middle East
Armin Trautner is Managing Director for iGrafx Germany, a division of Corel Inc. Mr. Trautner is responsible for all business operations in Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Trautner is well-known within the Process Excellence industry. Prior to Corel's acquisition of Micrografx, Mr. Trautner was managing director for Micrografx EMEA from 1999 to 2002 where he spearheaded the iGrafx sales activity throughout the region. Mr. Trautner holds more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry, including positions at Siemens-Nixdorf and Informix, evosoft Kommunikationstechnik GmbH and Micrografx.
Tom Cyr - Director, Professional Service
Tom Cyr is the Director of Professional Services of the iGrafx division of Corel Inc. The first eleven years of Tom’s career he focused on computer aided design (CAD) of electronics for Honeywell and Medtronic. He worked with the individual software tools, the architecture of the tool portfolio, and the methodology for their application. The latter part of this time included managing Honeywell’s investment in the Microelectronics & Computer Technology Corporation (MCC), a research consortium. The thrust of the research program was to dramatically reduce the cycle time for the design of electronic components and systems. This included the definition and development of intelligent design tools and improved design methodologies.
Over the last seventeen years, Tom has focused on assisting companies with process improvement. As a Consulting Manager with Mentor Graphics, Tom defined and managed the delivery of process analysis, process planning, and implementation services. As the Director of iGrafx Services, Tom and his team advise and assist clients with modeling and analysis of their business processes. Our clients represent a broad cross section of government and industry.
