Describe the behavior of your model at each activity step
Easily add data to your model such as: resources used, schedules worked, costs (fixed and variable), duration times, value classes
Learn to introduce transactions into your model by using generators
Run a current state simulation and examine report metrics such as time, costs, resources, bottlenecks
Conduct What-if Analysis on proposed process improvements and see side by side comparison reports of results

Advanced Process Simulation with iGrafx

At iGrafx, it is our goal to enable Process Excellence that leads to improved financial performance and competitive advantage for our customers. This "hands on" webinar will help you understand how to apply advanced simulation capabilities to model, analyze, and improve your business processes.

There is no prerequisite to attend this webinar, but familiarity with basic simulation principles within iGrafx would be useful background. The topics will include:

Using generators to simulate a variety of arrival patterns
Reading data from spreadsheets into your models
Using attributes for complex decision logic
Matching resources to transactions based on resource attributes or skill level
Assigning disparate resources to a resource group that may be required for special circumstances
Logging transactions for more detailed process analysis
