His background is in Business Architecture, Lean, Business Process Management, AGILE Change Management and the development and delivery of Target Operating Models. Kirill Derevenski (right side) is an experienced Strategic Business Architect with a keen interest in Operating Model design, implementation and Transformation & Change management. His career spans 10 years with Sodexo, where he worked in Corporate Strategic Planning for a c. €1 Billion Business Unit, was a CEO of one of Sodexo’s overseas companies and a key member of Sodexo’s Global Transformation Office. Prior to joining Sodexo, Kirill worked in strategic consulting, successfully merging top level helicopter views with down-to-earth operational realities to deliver business results.
