In a larger enterprise, enterprise-wide use of a BPM system will quickly increase user numbers in the six-digit range. But even in small and medium-sized companies, there is an expectation of a system that it reacts in real time and error-free, because this is the only way efficiency can be ensured at work – after all, one also wants to work in efficient processes. Of course, statements about a very fast reaction of the tool and low loading times help me to ensure a smooth process of product presentation and to optimally advise our customers and interested parties in the selection of tools.
