2022 Year in Review

At iGrafx, we are always looking for what’s next. In fact, some of our biggest moments in the last 365 days have been the opportunities to build on our success.
Kicking off this theme of growth and expansion in January was the announcement of the acquisition of process mining experts, Logpickr. Revealed at OPEX in Miami, the acquisition built on the capabilities of the iGrafx platform to provide yet another benefit to current and future customers.
Soon after, the organization announced the key addition of Alexandre Wentzo as Chief Strategy Officer, and Shoeb Javed in the role of Chief Product Officer taking the executive team to new heights.
With that kind of footprint, it was only a matter of time until the world took notice and iGrafx was named a Leader in both the 2022 Quadrant Knowledge Solution SPARK Matrix for Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO) and the G2 Fall Report for Business Process Management. Recognition soon followed with a 2022 Digital Innovator Award from Intellyx and nomination for the Supernova Award for iGrafx Partner, SPS for their success with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
Partnership was the name of the game in 2022, with iGrafx, a worldwide leader in intelligent process management, and Zeitworks, creators of desktop process mining and productivity analysis technologies joining forces to bring AI-powered process intelligence to the business world. Combining powerful process mining and business process management with the automated desktop data collection, AI, and real-time analytics from Zeitworks was a clear win for anyone looking to benefit from the most detailed and actionable insights available on today’s complex business processes.
