BBC 2020 – Disrupted!

For over a decade, the Building Business Capabilities Conference (#BBCCon) has been the premier event for the International Institute of Business Analysts, and iGrafx has been their as a sponsor since the beginning. We have seen the conference grow from a few hundred participants to well over 1500 delegates from around the world. We choose to attend this conference because it puts us directly in touch with the analyst community who are in the trenches each and every day identifying ways to improve their organizations. iGrafx understands these challenges and has developed solutions for nearly 30 years to support operational excellence through process improvement.

It goes without saying that this year’s BBC event will be a bit different. With the onset of COVID-19, this year’s conference will be held virtually and  is aptly themed “Disrupted”.  While, sadly I will miss the interaction and conversations of the live event, I am happy to once again be speaking at BBC. My topic will be: “Understanding the link between Process, Business Continuity, and Customer Experience”.  During the session we will discuss and define all three areas, and then show how they are interconnected. I do hope that you will join me. Be sure to follow BBC and myself on Twitter for live updates from the event.
