OPEX Week: Business Transformation World Summit 2020

For the past several years, iGrafx has been pleased to support and sponsor the OPEX Week Business Transformation World Summit. This year is no different. It will take place next week in Orlando Florida, and we are excited to be able to once again speak with like minded business leaders who believe that Process is the center of everything you do.

If anyone understands the importance of having a well-maintained process, it is this year’s opening Keynote speaker, General Ann Dunwoody, US Army (ret). As the first ever female Four-Star General, she had over 69,000 men and women under her charge and care. I certainly look forward to hearing her speak on the principles behind her success and how she led change, performance, and visioning in one the world’s most technologically advanced organizations.

There are many speakers that will be sharing their experiences, with Process Mining, Process Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and of course how to address Transformation at every level whether Digital, Business, Process, and even Culture.

Speaking of sessions not to miss. (insert shameless self-promotion here) At 11am Wednesday, join me during the Interactive Discussion Groups for the topic “RPA to ROI: Where does your CoE start?” We will have a great conversation with our peers on how to identify the best candidates for RPA, and how are you providing transparency and governance on the who, what, when, why, where, and how of RPA being used in the organization.
