Press Release: iGrafx Announces Unique RPA Reseller Partnership with Servicetrace

We made a pretty exciting announcement at iGrafx today. We are proud to announce that we are the first (and only) reseller of Servicetrace Robotic Solutions in the United States. You can read the entire press release here.

This is a big deal for our customers. Essentially, it allows companies to work with iGrafx to assess and prioritize tasks for robotic process automation, and then seamlessly deploy Servicetrace bots. RPA is a very hot topic, with interest growing and no sign of stopping. It’s because of this increasing criticality of automating discrete tasks in an end-to-end process that we partnered with Servicetrace.

This news is especially important for Centers of Excellence. As iGrafx CTO, Ed Maddock, said “at iGrafx we power many of the largest Centers of Excellence in the world, and CoE leaders have been asking for a streamlined solution to incorporate RPA in to their workflow.” ServiceTrace, boasting deep expertise in RPA, test automation, and application performance monitoring, coupled with their 15-year European leadership in the space, naturally aligned as the ideal US resale partner. This decision leveraged their strengths and ensured a seamless partnership fit.

We are very excited to partner with Servicetrace and look forward to helping organizations with their complete RPA needs. If you have any questions about RPA and how iGrafx can help, you can contact us here.
