iGrafx® Spin-off Establishes Leading Independent Provider of Business Process Analysis Solutions
iGrafx® today announced the separation of iGrafx from Corel Corporation to form a stand-alone, privately owned company dedicated to the Business Process Analysis market. The iGrafx operating assets have been acquired by The Limerock Group, an investment firm specialized in growing enterprise software companies. With 24 years experience in solutions enabling process excellence, including several years of operating as an autonomous business division of Corel, iGrafx is now the leading independent provider of Business Process Analysis software.
