iGrafx Launches New Info Center to Enhance Customer Experience & Improve Onboarding

UiGrafx has always taken pride in being a software that is intuitive and easy to use. We have countless awards from various review sites that prove that our customers agree. That said, over the past couple of months, we have heard many of our customers express that, while they love the work they can do in iGrafx, if we could incorporate more tutorials or in-application guidance, that would really help expedite their community adoption and on-boarding. Well, we have listened and could not agree more.

Product Enablement

As part of our ongoing effort to make achieving process excellence a simple and intuitive venture, iGrafx has been investing resources towards product enablement. We believe in learning by doing and understand the best way to facilitate that is by having support materials accessible from anywhere in the platform.

We are pleased to inform you, starting with our 17.8 release, we are launching our new “Info Center”, which will serve as a central hub of enablement features for Cloud customers.

Info Center

The Info Center gives users the ability to quickly access our Knowledge Base, learn What’s New with each update, and follow Guided Tours of our features. The best part is all of these are accessible from anywhere in the platform. If you are following a train of thought and get stuck, check the Info Center, it will be regularly updated with new guides.

Though our in-application enablement features are still in their infancy, we are working toward a comprehensive learning and support experience. The first guides will help new users become familiar with their surroundings and learn how to navigate, as well as help new designers learn how to create their first architecture objects. Dozens more guides are in development and include a series on diagramming, managing review and approval cycles. We have more in the works.

We hope you are as excited as we are about the new Info Center and our focus on product enablement. Users gain a new suite of onboarding features and give expert users on-demand product documentation. Use case refreshers should make everyone feel right at home.
