May You Live in Interesting Times

Dear iGrafx Community,

“May you live in interesting times,” so the saying goes. And whether it’s a blessing or a curse, there is no doubt that we’re living in interesting times today. Around the globe we face never-before seen disruption to industries that have remained relatively status quo for decades, with new levels of geopolitical drama, sweeping regulatory and compliance requirements, and an overall imperative to mitigate corporate risk. Opportunities exist for those who can stay a step ahead, execute on strategic imperatives and ultimately transform their business through the eyes of their process.

That’s why I’m so thrilled to have taken the helm at iGrafx and to be in a position to help our 10,000+ customers achieve operational excellence. In the 10 short months that I’ve been CEO we’ve made major strides across the business, solidifying our Core Values, infusing new talent, building new capabilities and establishing tremendous new relationships with customers and partners.

Our solutions allow our customers to collect, model and make business decisions more effectively than any other tool in existence, and we integrate seamlessly with their existing technology stack to facilitate adoption and achieve the fastest speed to value. iGrafx has been the leader in process excellence for over 25 years and I can’t wait to share the updates we have in store as we move into 2018 and beyond.

I hope to see each of you in person at our annual iGrafx Customer Conference in Orlando!

Cheers,
Ryan
