Ian Hawkins, Head of Content at Reconnect Studio, gave the closing presentation at this year’s iNNOVATE, our global virtual event about the future of transformation. Ian had spent the last two years as Editor-in-chief of PEX Networks, where he covered things like enterprise automation, process mining, and operational excellence. He put his experience to work and gave a great presentation around using data to make decisions. He covered mining, discovery, tools, and techniques to put data to use.
