During their conversation, the panel was asked, “Is understanding Customer Experience the key to success?” In the clip below, listen as Ed and Charles explain how to truly be successful, companies must have a clear understanding of not just the customers experience, but the underlying internal processes and systems that make it possible. Executives should not try to decide between either Design Thinking or Systems Thinking but understand that both are required.
