With iGrafx it’s always about teamwork. After all, there cannot be a process without multiple functioning parts. In that spirit of connection, iGrafx became part of the Gartner Peer Insights Customer First program for Enterprise Business Process Analysis in April of 2021.
In June, Banneker Partners, an enterprise software-focused investment firm, announced their key investment in iGrafx. Banneker’s software expertise, extensive track record, and deep capital has enabled the company to pursue a strategy focused on delivering exceptional customer value and innovation by investing in sales, marketing, product development, professional services, and customer support.
As process returns as a central focus for companies, the market has experienced extensive consolidation this past year with RPA and automation companies realizing they are missing a core component of process. This can be seen in several recent acquisitions, while analysts reassess the importance of process and identify that organizations must understand their processes first, before automating or mining can be effective. This has been the iGrafx story, at the center of process excellence since its inception.
That continued focus on process excellence was evident in 2021. While it’s always an honor to be recognized by industry professionals, it is especially meaningful when the recognition comes from our customers. This year, iGrafx has been recognized with a number of key industry awards including:
In October, iGrafx celebrated 30 years as a leader in the ever-evolving business process management industry. Going back to our roots as a company with a focus on fine-tuning for the future, we marked this milestone by partnering with the organization One Tree Planted to plant over 200 trees in support of global biodiversity.
That focus on leadership will continue into 2022 and beyond with the guidance of three new experienced leaders, each well-positioned to chart a course for the future of iGrafx. Teesee Murray as Chief Executive Officer, Veena Vadgama as Senior Vice President of Marketing, and business process management and robotic process automation industry veteran Abhijit Kakhandiki as Board Advisor, are all dedicated to accelerating growth and business process management innovation.
Innovative technology took center stage in 2021 with the iGrafx 17.8 release. In fact, this year’s product updates saw a great many enhancements to the platform including improved reporting, versioning, and cycle management capabilities for audit, compliance, and change management. New templates for customer journey mapping made visualizing the customer experience easier, while enhanced process narrative and SOP documentation helped to ensure performers and auditors know how a process is being performed, when, and by whom.
In addition to our many webinars and events, we look forward to new opportunities to understand and respond to the business process management needs and questions of our customers. Have an exceptional holiday season, and we’ll see you in 2022.
