The interview focuses on the opportunities and benefits of the functions of a document management system, (DMS), which is an important pillar of a business process management solution. Our iGrafx Business Process Management Platform offers many valuable features for managing documents in a company and supports easy handling of the various workflows, for example, assignment of rights, acknowledgement and approval cycles, collaborative working, etc.

Using our BPM tool, you can add documents to our platform and link them to your processes, so employees have all the information they need right at their fingertips, without having to jump from system to system.
