We are very pleased that, together with our partner ProServ (Abu Dhabi), iGrafx has been able to implement the countries first Enterprise Business Process Management (EBPM) solution with the National Bank of Iraq (NBI).
The National Bank of Iraq was founded in 1995 as a publicly traded private company and provides comprehensive banking services for individuals and companies in Iraq. It uses a state-of-the-art core banking system to fuel its growth and improve its customer service lines.
NBI relies on iGrafx for business process management. Efficiency and optimized processes along the customer journey result in better and faster banking services for both business and private customers.
