iGrafx joins Blue Prism’s partner network. Digital Exchange (DX) of Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM) is the leading online community for access to intelligent automation features; iGrafx joins Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance Program (TAP) as a partner.
The DX Community Platform accelerates the adoption of automation solutions by giving users the ability to easily integrate Blue Prism’s intelligent digital workforce with Business Process Management (BPM), OCR, AI, machine learning, and front and back office productivity tools .
Innovative software from iGrafx will now be accessible within DX so that users can drag and drop these new features into Blue Prism’s Digital Workforce without the need for programming. New features include understanding the impact of operational changes on digital workforces, creating and deploying high quality AI models that can be updated as new data comes in, and providing greater transparency in optimizing the use of digital workers.
To date, the Blue Prism DX assets have been downloaded tens of thousands of times, making them the ideal online community to complement and expand on traditional RPA implementations.
Linda Dotts , Blue Prism’s Chief Partner Strategy Officer, said, “We have built a very successful intelligent automation ecosystem. The iGrafx (…) solutions will be added to a community of more than 37,000 users and 4,125 registered companies responsible for tens of thousands of downloads. You have demonstrated a spirit of innovation and commitment to driving the intelligent automation industry forward. “
The integration between Blue Prism and iGrafx enables companies to keep track of how and where their digital workforce is deployed, optimize performance, and scale requirements beyond the individual RPA script. Additionally, this feature can help identify opportunities for expanded RPA usage or opportunities to reuse programs to simplify your automation portfolio. This will further expand the relationship between Blue Prism and iGrafx as we maximize customer benefit through complementary technologies. As the first company in this model, iGrafx is also a Blue Prism reseller focused on its existing customer base.
Ed Maddock , Co-Founder of iGrafx, said, “We are excited about our integration as it gives organizations a clearer and more holistic picture of where RPA is currently being used and how it is supporting their strategic initiatives. In addition, the ability to visualize processes that are performing below average and identify new opportunities for RPA will be critical to continuous process improvement. “
