  • Requests will be answered by phone or e-mail within two working days. Compliance with the deadline requires that the request is made in writing on a working day during normal business hours between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. For requests received after 4:00 pm on a working day or requests received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the two-day time limit starts at 10:00 am of the next working day.
