Resiliency Assessment – Are you Ready?

Over the course of one week in March, many countries and companies found themselves going from operating as normal, to trying figure out how to enable a remote work force, identify new suppliers, re-route supply lines, and identify what technologies were needed to support it all. On top of that, let us not forget trying to find hand sanitizer and toilet paper, and kicking yourself for not buying that ZOOM stock sooner.

If we have learned anything over the past few months, it is that things can change rapidly. Companies that had taken a process centric approach to capturing and identifying their business critical processes along with their underlying risks and dependencies to strategic directives, regulatory requirements, resources (both human & systems), suppliers, and of course to customers were in a better position to weather the coming storm. Those that had not, continue to struggle and in fact may not be able to re-open.

At iGrafx, we have long spoken about how process is at the center of everything you do. When everything seems to be erupting into chaos, processes provide the beacon of clarity and focus. For nearly 30 years we have helped companies clearly visualize how their processes support and drive their everyday business decisions and prepare for the future. To that end, we are pleased to offer a free Resiliency Self-Assessment Survey. This short assessment will provide you with a clear understanding of where you are now, and what practical steps you can take to ensure you are ready for whatever tomorrow may bring.

As was previously stated, the whole world can change in an instant. Will you be ready?
