Have you ever faced this scenario? You are in a meeting with stakeholders and / or subject matter experts and suddenly realize the process being discussed has not been captured or documented. How can you do this quickly and efficiently? What if you have little to no experience with process mapping or modeling methods?

In iGrafx, our “QuickMap” brings process knowledge capture capabilities to the masses. With no need to understand diagramming methodologies, like BPMN, or have any mapping or graphic artistry background, QuickMap provides a simple table structure whose rows and columns handle every aspect of a simple diagram.

As you enter your content, QuickMap creates and defines the swimlanes, activities, gateways, paths, and notes. When ready (or in real time), a live Preview of the resulting diagram is visible using iGrafx auto-layout engine.

QuickMap gives users an efficient way to capture processes and produce diagrams in a fraction of the time. Now with the basic process in place, designers and architects now have the context to fully articulate and tie into the Business Model as needed.
