As Chief Executive Officer, Alexandre brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the highly competitive process marketplace. As an industry leader in various Software-as-a-Service companies, Wentzo has a successful and significant portfolio from CEO of Casewise to Senior Vice President of Americas for Signavio and multiple Senior Vice President roles at Celonis including Senior Vice President of ISV, Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific, Senior Vice President of Japan and Senior Vice President of Private Equity.
As CEO of Casewise, a global process modeling company, he executed a turnaround which resulted in a successful sale to Erwin. He spent several years with Signavio, where he built Signavio North America into a leader in the process modeling and mining space, which resulted in a successful acquisition by SAP.
He holds various advisory roles including Pointe, Axellience, and privately held companies where he advises on growth and has led developmental plans into funding rounds and acquisitions.
Outside of iGrafx, Alexandre devotes time to volunteer work. He is a member of Hope and Aid Direct, providing food, clothing, medical supplies, and hope to families in need. He is also a real epicurean with a strong passion for hospitality.
Lee has more than 25 years of solid leadership and financial experience working with tech and SaaS-based companies and is known to immerse himself in the operations to help solve problems and provide solutions. He has a proven track record as Chief Financial Officer of several companies, including Marquis Software Solutions, Inc., Worksoft, Inc., Interactive TKO, Inc. (iTKO), and Ignite Technologies, Inc.
Lee holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo, an MBA from Penn State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
Lee was the graduate assistant coach of Penn State’s ice hockey team from 1995-1997, and he continues to play ice hockey in a local men’s league. Lee lives in Frisco, TX, with his wife and three children.
Shoeb Javed joins iGrafx as Chief Product Officer. A seasoned technology executive, Shoeb brings broad experience in intelligent automation, process intelligence, and enterprise software.
Previously, as CTO of Worksoft, he had the opportunity to partner with some of the largest global Fortune 1000 corporations, helping to automate testing of complex packaged enterprise applications to speed up project timelines and improve operations efficiencies while delivering high revenue growth.
Shoeb combines his proven leadership with a collaborative approach, establishing product and technology teams that build innovative digital transformation solutions.
Recognized in the automation space, Shoeb has participated in numerous speaking and writing opportunities across the industry and has contributed to publications such as CIO Magazine, Forbes, and others. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and biking.
Christie brings over 15 years of leadership and marketing experience to her role as Chief Marketing Officer at iGrafx. She is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s global go-to-market strategy including field, product, and partner marketing, demand generation, customer advocacy and digital.
Most recently, Christie held leadership roles at Basis Technologies and Worksoft. She has a track record of building effective teams and growing technology companies. Her passion lies in creating market awareness for innovative software solutions that help enterprises achieve a competitive edge. Christie lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with various local organizations.
Tanya Johns joins iGrafx as Chief Counsel. She brings nearly 20 years of experience as a lawyer and trusted advisor across many organizations in the Austin tech space including NetQoS, CA Technologies, P180 Investments, Packet Design, and more.
Tanya leverages her expertise to pave a path for new marketplace solutions. A forward-thinking leader and results-driven expert, she is recognized for her proficiency in legal affairs which blends seamlessly with her talents in establishing relationships with international industry leaders and clients.
With a passion for enabling long-term success for businesses, Tanya looks to unlock new opportunities for those with whom she partners.
When not working, this native Austinite volunteers with a Central Texas hospice care program and enjoys time with her family.
Armin is responsible for all business operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has been a well-known presence within the Business Process Management industry, previously serving as managing director for Micrografx EMEA where he spearheaded sales development and activity throughout the region. Armin has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including positions at Siemens-Nixdorf and Informix, and evosoft Kommunikationstechnik GmbH.
Armin has a strong belief in teamwork and commitment as evidenced by the tight-knit community he has built of international colleagues and partners, and which strengthens their ability to positively service iGrafx customers.
As VP Sales, Brice brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the process market, with recent VP roles at Quest Software and Erwin. He has developed a strong technical background in BPM when starting his career as a consultant and pre-sales at Mega International in Paris. He expanded his BPM skills at Cadbury Schweppes in the UK as a Business Architect to define and establish standards and governance for their processes.
Brice led the EMEA Professional Services teams at Casewise and transitioned to his career in sales. He became the top salesperson and worked closely with the Casewise management team to drive 2 years of accelerated growth and the sale to Erwin. As Erwin’s Vice President of Sales, he delivered the EMEA Go-To-Market Strategy, a high-performing Sales Team and growth results which led to the sale of Erwin to Quest Software.
Brice shares his spare time in Paris between his 3 children, family, friends and sport activities.
Roland Woldt is the Vice President of Global Consulting with 25+ years of business transformation, system implementation, and business process management & improvement experience. He worked in various leadership roles at KPMG, Software AG, Accenture and the German Armed Forces.
Roland has worked as a Team Lead, Engagement/Program Manager, and Enterprise/Solution Architect on many projects. Within these projects, he was responsible for the full project life-cycle, from shaping a solution and selling it, to setting up a methodological approach through design, implementation, and testing, up to the roll-out of solutions. This includes traditional project delivery, as well as Agile approaches.
In addition to this, Roland was responsible for consulting offerings throughout their life-cycle, from definition, delivery to update and retirement, and had revenue responsibility for them.
Roland has spoken on multiple conferences and webinars. A side project is the podcast “What’s Your Baseline?” – a show about Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management, and how you can set up your practice to get the most out of it.
Abhijit Kakhandiki is a seasoned business process management and robotic process automation industry veteran. His proven track record in new product development, go-to-market, and improved product P&L performance inform his position as an iGrafx Board Advisor. Most recently, Abhijit was Chief Product Officer at LiveRamp where he led the product vision, strategy, design, and roadmap of the organization. In his previous role at Agile Software, he delivered rapid product and customer experience improvement, steering product management and strategy for product lifecycle management and analytics applications. Abhijit also led products and engineering for Automation Anywhere, a leader in the robotic process automation space, to enable enterprises to gain quantum leaps in efficiency through the automation of business processes. His entrepreneurial endeavors include a successful exit for his own startup, ATMA software, which is now part of Oracle. Abhijit holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and in his spare time, he mentors startups at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program and StartX. Abhijit also advises private equity firms on products, technology, industry trends, and M&A. In addition to decades of proven product expertise, Mr. Kakhandiki holds numerous patents in the process automation space.
