Alexandre Wentzo

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Alexandre brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the highly competitive process marketplace. As an industry leader in various Software-as-a-Service companies, Wentzo has a successful and significant portfolio from CEO of Casewise to Senior Vice President of Americas for Signavio and multiple Senior Vice President roles at Celonis including Senior Vice President of ISV, Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific, Senior Vice President of Japan and Senior Vice President of Private Equity.

As CEO of Casewise, a global process modeling company, he executed a turnaround which resulted in a successful sale to Erwin. He spent several years with Signavio, where he built Signavio North America into a leader in the process modeling and mining space, which resulted in a successful acquisition by SAP.

He holds various advisory roles including Pointe, Axellience, and privately held companies where he advises on growth and has led developmental plans into funding rounds and acquisitions.

Outside of iGrafx, Alexandre devotes time to volunteer work. He is a member of Hope and Aid Direct, providing food, clothing, medical supplies, and hope to families in need. He is also a real epicurean with a strong passion for hospitality.

Daniel Hughes

SVP, NA Sales

Daniel Hughes serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at iGrafx, leading the company’s North American direct and channel revenue operations. With a proven track record in enterprise software and process intelligence, he brings decades of experience in building high-performing teams, scaling revenue, and executing against bold go-to-market strategies.

A results-driven executive, Daniel has held leadership roles across multiple growth-stage and global technology companies. He is known for driving operational rigor, unlocking new revenue streams, and mentoring the next generation of sales leaders.

Outside of work, he enjoys training Muay Thai, reading classic literature, and nature photography. He lives in Texas with his wife and two children.

Malik Ben Chedli

VP of Sales EMEA

Malik, iGrafx’s Vice President of Sales for EMEA, drives business expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, empowering organizations to leverage AI-powered process observability for enhanced agility, resilience, and continuous optimization.

A visionary commercial leader with an entrepreneurial drive, Malik excels at pioneering new markets, refining go-to-market approaches, and boosting profitability. His 25+ years of expertise in transformative technologies spans e-procurement, digital marketplaces, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), AIOps, and Intelligent Automation, positioning him at the forefront of industry evolution.

With a distinguished career encompassing general management, strategic advisory, and global sales leadership, Malik has played pivotal roles at both emerging and established technology powerhouses – including Commerce One, Planview, Dynatrace, and Blue Prism – through various growth stages from pre-IPO to successful exits.

Multilingual (fluent in five languages), Malik demonstrates exceptional ability in building elite sales organizations, fostering excellence-driven cultures, developing high-impact partnerships, thus accelerating revenue growth throughout EMEA

He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Germany’s prestigious Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Beyond the boardroom, Malik is a devoted father of three, a passionate gastronome with insider knowledge of Munich, Berlin, Rome, and Tunis’ culinary scenes and an active advocate, who contributed to Tunisia’s democratic transition (2011-2014) and championed Digital Human Rights & Ethical AI through UN initiatives in Geneva, while working to reduce Africa’s digital divide.

His personal interests include global travel, sailing, oenology, and stimulating discourse on art, historical narratives, and geopolitical dynamics.

Khanh Ngo

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, Khanh brings nearly 15 years of experience leading finance, accounting, and M&A functions for both public and private high-growth Software-as-a-Service companies. He previously served as Director of Finance & M&A for a Private Equity Sponsor focused on growing and acquiring software businesses, including roles at Solen Software Group and Newbury Franklin Software, where he led the acquisition and financial operations of 15+ companies. Khanh also managed the FP&A function at PandaDoc, a high-growth SaaS unicorn in the e-signature space.

Khanh holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, an MBA from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Outside of iGrafx, Khanh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and nurturing his ever-growing collection of plants.

Don Hart

Vice President of Global Marketing

Don Hart is Vice President of Global Marketing at iGrafx, where he leads go-to-market strategy, positioning, and market engagement for the company’s Process Intelligence platform. He works closely with industry analysts, product, sales, and partners to align market trends with execution, driving growth and adoption across enterprise customers.

With over 25 years of experience spanning startups to Fortune 50 companies, including ABB, GE, Rockwell Automation, and Sterling Commerce, Don brings deep expertise in software and technologies for manufacturing, business process optimization, and automation. He is known for helping organizations shift from technology-led messaging to clear, customer-focused value, improving market positioning and accelerating growth.

Don has played key roles in driving growth that contributed to premium-value acquisitions, combining market insight, go-to-market discipline, and execution.

Based in Austin, Texas, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, hiking in the mountains, and cooking – especially Texas BBQ.

Lilly Rollins

Director, Global Business & People Operations

Lilly Rollins serves as Director, Global Business & People Operations at iGrafx, where she is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure the company delivers against key operational and financial objectives.

With a strong foundation in international business, Lilly brings a global perspective shaped by experience across the U.S., London, and France. She is known for aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing organizational performance, and building scalable operations in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. She is also recognized for bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring teams stay focused on what matters most.

In her role, Lilly oversees human resources and operational expenditure, leading leadership-level talent acquisition and organizational performance initiatives. She brings a people-first ethos to People Operations, focusing on building strong cultures and high-performing teams that enable long-term success. She also drives AI-led initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable scalable growth.

Lilly holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and furthered her global studies at HEC Paris, which led her to establish her career in France.

Outside of work, Lilly enjoys traveling, skiing, playing racquet sports with her son, and horseback riding with her daughter.
