iGrafx iNNOVATE: Successful Automation & Real Transformation

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am pleased to announce the inaugural year of iNNOVATE 2019

In the spirit of helping our customers win in the era of automation and digital transformation, we are focusing our 2019 thought leadership conference on helping our audience thrive in the transformation age. Our goal is to facilitate true innovation for our customers.

iNNOVATE 2019 will include analyst insights from Rob Koplowitz, Forrester’s digital process automation expert, as well as leading-edge perspective from iGrafx technology partners.  In parallel, we will highlight the best practices from iGrafx’s broad base of expert users: our customers.  Specific topics will range from:

  • How to prioritize and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects
  • Real-world customer experience and journey mapping programs
  • Measuring and controlling risks and achieving compliance
  • And more…

iGrafx is the backbone of the Center of Excellence (CoE). Whether you’re in a large global enterprise, or a highly regulated industry, we’ve got you covered.

In 2017 we had leaders from Verizon, USAA, IBM, COX, Cisco, Wells Fargo, Johnson & Johnson, Capital One and many others, so you can expect to learn from world class enterprises.

Mark your calendars. This year’s event is April 22nd-24th, in Dallas, Texas, at the Hilton Anatole. The venue is fantastic, the Texas weather should be beautiful, and the community of attendees will be second to none.  I hope to see you there!
